MODERNIS & SINTETICO SL sells products made from material recovered from vehicles. Consequently, these are second-hand parts that have been checked and tested to ensure they are in good working order at the time of recovery and storage.

All parts sold by MODERNIS & SINTETICO SL have a SIX-MONTH (ENGINES) warranty from the date of receipt of the product, under the conditions detailed below:

• The assembly or handling of the parts must be carried out by professionals in the automotive sector or authorized workshops.
• Parts that have been damaged by handling, improper assembly, or used for a purpose other than their intended application are excluded from the warranty. Likewise, engines that have been replaced without changing the thermostat, timing belt, and/or water pump, which must be replaced in all cases, are also excluded from the warranty.
• The products sold by MODERNIS & SINTETICO SL have marks, seals or engravings that allow their origin to be identified. The destruction or removal of these marks invalidates all warranties offered.
• Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must check that the packaging is in good condition and does not appear to have been damaged during transport.
  In this case, before opening the packaging, you must contact MODERNIS & SINTETICO SL through the mechanisms mentioned in section 2, stating this circumstance and following the instructions given. You must also note the condition of the product received on the delivery note.
  In the case of damaged or defective products, or products that do not correspond to those requested by the customer, you must contact MODERNIS & SINTETICO SL using the methods mentioned in section 2 within 24 hours and follow the instructions provided.
  • If, during the warranty period, any fault or anomaly occurs in the product covered by the warranty, this must be reported immediately to MODERNIS & SINTETICO SL by any of the procedures described in section 2.
  • To exercise the rights of application of the warranty, an email must be sent to rebagliato@rebagliato.com, indicating the customer’s details, the causes or reasons for applying the warranty and attaching the document proving the purchase: receipt, delivery note or invoice.
    ABRIL 2001 DESGUACES, S.A. may choose to replace, repair, or refund the purchase price.
    In all cases where the warranty is applicable and the product must be returned, this must be done within 14 days or within the period specified by law. MODERNIS & SINTETICO SL will be responsible for the management and costs of return shipping if the part is defective, but if it was due to a mistake by the customer, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. If you have opted for a replacement product or a refund of the purchase price, neither will be provided until the part or product covered by the warranty has been returned.

    The warranty does not cover the labor involved in replacing parts, lubricants, or accessories used in the replacement, nor any other type of compensation for damage or loss, such as vehicle immobilization, loss of earnings, or similar.

    In the case of engines, accessories that are incorporated into the engine but have not been sold separately and invoiced, such as injection pumps, injectors, hoses, turbochargers, etc., are excluded from the warranty. Only those items expressly detailed on the invoice are considered to be sold, and all other accessories are considered to be donated and excluded from the warranty.
